What are the payment options?
Payments for instrument purchases must be made in full prior to any instruments being sent out. You can pay by card or PayPal.
What is your return policy?
Should you find the instrument you have purchased to be unsuitable in any way, you may return it for a refund (minus postage fee). The instrument must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and must be returned in the condition which it arrived using the same packing materials and method of postage. If you wish to return an instrument you will need to contact me before you send it back.
Do you offer a guarantee on instruments?
All instruments sold are guaranteed for 6 months. This guarantee does not include any damage caused by misuse, mishandling or impact damage.
How will the instrument I have purchased reach me?
Once payment has been received you will be contacted to confirm date of postage and arrival estimate. Smaller instruments are sent using Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. Larger instruments will be sent with an appropriate carrier, depending on weight and level of service available. Please note that some of the largest instruments are collection only, and this is shown on the product description. Please contact me prior to purchase if you would like to collect, or visit to try different instruments.
Do you offer international shipping?
Postage costs are quoted for UK only. I am not currently offering overseas postage.
